President of the International Gymnastics Federation was awarded with a title of an honorary doctorate of the Academy of Physical Culture and Sport

The President of the International Gymnastics Federation (IGF) Morinatri Vatanabeya was awarded with a title of an honorary doctorate of the Academy of Physical Culture and Sport on May 01, 2017.
The IGF president was acquainted with the restoration work in Academy, the new gym, the media studio operating within the sports journalism faculty and specific medical laboratory.
Then, the rector of the Academy Fuad Hajiyev awarded Morinatri Vatanabeya with honorary doctorate diploma and the mantle. 
The Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov talked about the state care to sports in Azerbaijan, the achievements of our athletes in the international arena. The minister wished success to the IGF President in his further activity and expressed his confidence in the contribution to the development of gymnastics.
