The photo exhibition "IV Islamic Solidarity Games with the Eyes of Azerbaijani Photographers" has been held

The photo exhibition "IV Islamic Solidarity Games with the Eyes of Azerbaijani Photographers" organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Azeridmanservis Ltd., the AZERTAC Information Agency and the "Idman" newspaper of the Ministry of Youth and Sports was held at the Museum Center on July 11, 2017.
Minister Azad Rahimov, Vice-President of the National Olympic Committee Chingiz Huseynzade and other officials attended the exhibition.
Vice-President of the National Olympic Committee Chingiz Huseynzade emphasized the importance of the photo exhibition in terms of demonstration of the most interesting and memorable moments of the IV Islamic Solidarity Games held in our country, as well as the promotion of this prestigious sporting event.
Then, Minister of Youth and Sport Azad Rahimov was awarded with the Honorary Diploma on behalf of the Azerbaijan Photographers Union for his support to the development of photography in our country.
Afterwards, photographers who have shown high activity in the coverage of the IV Islamic Solidarity Games were awarded.
6,000 athletes from 54 countries in 21 kinds of sports competed for gold, silver and bronze medals in this International Competition.
Azerbaijan photographers captured the most unforgettable moments of this prestigious competition, which has further strengthened the image of Azerbaijan in the international arena.
About 200 works o 52 authors were demonstrated at the exhibition.
