Vladimir Putin awarded Ismayil Ismayilov and Indira Hajiyeva

Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of the Azerbaijan Republic Ismayil Ismayilov and the Head of the Youth Department of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Indira Hajiyeva were awarded with the special diplomas by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin for their active participation in the development and cooperation in the field of youth and sports among the CIS member states.
