The medals of the XV European Youth Summer Olympic Festival "Baku-2019" have been presented

A special set of medals of the XV European Youth Summer Olympic Festival "Baku-2019" have been presented by the Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov at a seminar organized for the Heads of the European National Olympic Committees.
Design of gold, silver and bronze medals on the logo of the Baku-2019 is based on the images combining the heritage and culture of Baku, as well as the concept of unity and friendship. The image of the Tower of Fire and the Heydar Aliyev Center, which is one of the magnificent modern architectural monuments of the Azerbaijani capital. On the other side of the medal is the emblem of the European Olympic Committees. The medals were prepared by Azersuvenir LLC in cooperation with the Design Team of the European Youth Olympic Festival "Baku-2019".
135 awarding ceremonies will be held at the "Baku-2019" European Youth Summer Olympic Games. Athletes will compete for a total of 298 sets of medals.
