IV creative festival of the refugees and internally displaced persons
IV creative festival and concert of the refugees and internally displaced persons was held at Theatre of the Young Spectator on November 23, 2017.
The main purpose of the festival is to help the refugee and internally displaced persons to develop their creative abilities, to increase their state care and to organize their leisure time effectively. Within the framework of the event, there were contests in painting, music and dance among refugees and internally displaced persons.
