Novruz holiday for teenagers and young people of social protection need was celebrated in the "Farid Palace" on March 14, 2017.
The main purpose of the event is to increase the state support for teenagers and young people of social need protection , to organise their leisure time and to promote the national heritage.
300 disabled, deprived of parental care, internally displaced persons, as well as low-income families’ children took part in the event.
