The Days of the Kazakh and Azerbaijan youth have been started

The Days of the Kazakh and Azerbaijan youth within the Caspian Youth Forum youth have been started in Aktau, Kazakhstan.
The Azerbaijan delegation led by Deputy Minister of Youth and Sport Intigam Babayev attended the event at the Khazar State Institute of Engineering and Technology named after Sh. Yesenov. 
Director of the Department of Youth Policy of the Kazakhstan Institute for Religious Affairs and Civil Society Gabidulla Ospankulov spoke about the friendship and unity relations between the two countries and expressed his satisfaction with the presence of the Azerbaijan delegation in Kazakhstan and warmly welcomed everyone.
The Director of the Department said that the Caspian Youth Forum was initiated by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.
Then the word was given to the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan Intigam Babayev. Deputy Minister said that he constantly visits Kazakhstan and has always been closely cooperating with the country in the field of youth. Babayev noted that this event is not just formal for the Azerbaijan side, as well as it is a friendly visit to the brotherly country with the similar history, culture and traditions.
In his speech, Deputy Minister noted that the youth policy should be properly implemented in the world. Intigam Babayev noticed that the foundation of this policy in Azerbaijan was laid by the national leader Heydar Aliyev and informed about the state programs, documents and other important measures for the development of youth policy signed by the President of the country. Deputy Minister gave information about the "State Program of the Azerbaijan Youth in 2007-2021" signed by the President Ilham Aliyev a few days ago, and thus, more opportunities were created in this area.
At the end, a memorandum was signed between the "New Azerbaijan Party" and the Kazakhstan "Jas Otan" Youth Unions, as well as the cooperation between the Union of Student and Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kazakhstan Youth Congress.
At the end of the official event, the Azerbaijan national musical instruments, handicrafts and national cuisine were presented to the participants. The first part of the event has been ended with a concert program.
Later, the visit of the Azerbaijan delegation to the “Nazarbayev Intellectual School” was carried out and the cultural programs were demonstrated for the guests from Azerbaijan.
